
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and order materials for active projects
- Prepare and submit contract variations for review
- Generate and submit monthly progress claims in line with contract terms
- Evaluate payment schedules against submitted claims
- Maintain WHS management plans and assist with safety submissions
- Assist with QA systems and prepare relevant submissions
- Submit contract deliverables pre- and post-award
- Collaborate on monthly job costing and Profit & Loss analysis
- Maintain and manage cost-coded purchase order system
- Review and co-authorise invoices with Project Manager
- Manage cloud-based filing systems and digital records
- Compile and submit O&M manuals and associated close-out documentation
- Archive contract documentation appropriately
- Conduct site inspections and report findings to management
Requirements:
- A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and Jobpac
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Enthusiastic about developing a career in construction/project management
Nice to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a construction or project admin role
- Familiarity with QA/QC standards and WHS compliance
- Exposure to cost control or accounting systems within a project setting
